"Overall, a good experience"
The delivery was quick. Sadly, I wasn't too fond of the item, but I was grateful that the customer support team was quick and friendly when I asked to return it. The only downside was that they couldn't tell me when the courier would swing by to pick it up, so I ended up waiting around all day.

"Generally a positive experience"
Shipment was fast. Unfortunately I didn’t really like the product but thankfully customer service was prompt and helpful when I requested for a return. Only negative was how they were unable to inform me of the timing which the courier will be coming to collect the item, had to wait around the whole day.

The Kate Spade bag arrived in great shape, just like it was described. I've purchased several bags from Style Tribute before. But this time, the shipping took longer than expected. It would be awesome if they could provide better updates on the shipping status.

"Terrible Shipping and Communication Issues"
Style Tribute peddles its goods on other platforms like Rebelle, Vestiare, and the vintage bar. They don’t bother to ship or even talk to anyone on those sites or the buyers. I ordered a pair of shoes, but they never sent them out or updated me on the shipping status through Rebelle. I also asked a question about a product on Vestiare that turned out to be theirs, but got no reply. Reached out to Style Tribute through their website, but got no useful response. Seriously, steer clear of this company; it’s a nightmare.

"Does not ship product | Poor communication"
Style Tribute also sells its products on other market places ~ Rebelle, Vestiare , the vintage bar. They don’t ship or communicate with either platform or buyer. I Purchased a pair of shoes they never shipped or communicated ship status on Rebelle. Asked a product question on Vestiare on an item that ended up being theirs, no response. Contacted Style Tibute via their website to no actionable response. Stay away this company it is horrible.

This is my second time shopping with StyleTribute, and I really appreciate how quickly they respond to my questions. The customer service team’s expertise and assistance were outstanding. The first YSL bag I got was nearly in pristine condition! So when they describe the state of their products on the site as excellent or very good, you can bet you’re getting exactly what’s stated. I won’t be looking at other online shops for pre-loved items anymore. Since the products are authentic, and ST is super strict with their authenticity checks, I’ll surely be back for more ☺️ Thanks a lot!

This is my second experience with StyleTribute, I love how prompt they’ve answered to my queries. Customer service officers knowledge and service were immaculate.
The first YSL bag I purchased were almost like new! So when they indicate the condition of their items in their website as excellent or very good, trust that you’ll be buying what ever that’s mentioned. I’ll never go to another online stores to purchase pre-loved items anymore. Since the products are genuine , and how stringent ST do the authenticity checks, I’ll definitely come back for more ☺️

I've been buying from here for a little while now. The products are in great shape. The second-hand goods listed as 'very good' are practically like new. The customer service is fantastic, and the return or refund process is super smooth.

Really appreciate their clear and uncomplicated pricing structure. No sneaky fees. Just a standard delivery fee.
Shipping takes a few days, so you gotta hang tight.
Products are nicely wrapped, but I do wish they’d cut down on the packaging and be a bit more eco-friendly (and maybe pass some savings to us, if they can) - like, choose no packaging = $x off.

"Transparent pricing model"
Love their straightforward and simple pricing model. No hidden costs. Only a basic delivery charge.
Delivery takes a couple of days, so you have to be patient.
Items are beautifully packed, although I wish they wouldn’t use so much packaging material and be more sustainable in that regard (and pass the cost on to consumers, where possible) - eg. Opt for no packaging = $x savings

"Overall Positive Experience Except for Returns"
Fast shipping and lovely packaging. It's nice to get a heads-up about delivery. I was a bit worried due to the slow response regarding my returns. Other than that, everything was great.
